KILLIN' IT… All The Time

T-Shirt: Forever 21 | Cropped Fur: Adrienne Landau | Crown: Free People | Jewelry: Freida Rothman
Handbag: Sienna Ray & Co. | Gloves: Calvin Klein | Nude Booties: Forever 21

Yes Yes, I know snow can be a bit of a pain… but there is something about it thats so beautiful and calming. Maybe because I was born on Christmas (winter baby), or the fact that snow makes me feel like a little kid again and reminds me of no school and fun snow days, I really love it. As a little girl, playing dress up was always my favorite past time and it still continues to be today. Call me crazy, but why not dress like an Ice Queen and add a little glamour to my snow day? Sometimes I like to dress casual with a twist, basic black leggings & a T with a crown= perfection.

This T-shirt was actually a Christmas gift from someone I love, she wanted to remind me that no matter what I'm always "KILLIN' IT, All The Time".  It's all bout confidence and believing in yourself, this shirt reminds me that I am one of a kind and can do anything I put my mind to.  I consider it my "hater motivator" shirt and I'll wear it on a day when I need an extra reminder about how fabulous I really am.  We all have our insecurities and imperfections, no one is perfect. The most important aspect of life is staying true to yourself and projecting to the world what makes you unique & special.  You can't let other people bring you down, life is too short for bad vibes or negative energy.

So go out there everyday and KILL IT, meaning to the best of your ability with your  best foot forward.

Attitude is Everything- DVF

Blouse: DVF | Skirt: Calvin Klein | Shoes: ASOS | Jewelry: Freida Rothman | Watch: Michael Kors

This post is about my personal business style AND attitude evolving. Someone recently reminded me "When you realize how much you're worth, you'll stop giving people discounts.", and this statement really stuck with me.  Over the years I have worked really hard to get to where I am today. Every experience (whether good or bad) has been a learning opportunity and life lesson for me. My main goal as a woman has always been to be independent, and not rely on anyone else to make things happen for me.  I have truly learned that nothing in life comes easy and if you want something you better go out there and get it before someone else does. One of my main fashion role models Dianne von Furstenberg says it best, "You do not have to be a bitch to get what you want".  Your kindness, positive attitude, ability to relate to others and work ethic is what will set you apart. Not the fact that you are a bitch. I believe in professionalism and how you make others feel after an experience with you is truly our own personal branding statement.  I am ready for some BIG THINGS this year.

"Beware of your thoughts for they become words, beware of your words for they become actions, beware of your actions for they become habits, beware of your habits for they become character, beware of your character for it becomes your destiny." - DVF

Textured Cut-Out Keyhole

Dress: metrostyle | Sunglasses & Bangles: Freida Rothman "Serena" | Boots: Michael Kors

You know that fabulous Friday feeling? The one that brings a smile to your face, and you can't help but be happy because it's the weekend! I am looking good and feeling even better, it's all about confidence  in your own skin. I've made a conscious effort to change my lifestyle by eating heathy and working out (basically taking better care of my physical well being, even on a spiritual level.)  I still love my curves, and this gorg textured cut-out keyhole dress by Metrostyle fits all of the right places.  I have officially become a Brand Ambassador for metrostyle and I LOVE their pieces. The brand has some killer office options with a fashion twist. Every look is easily transitional from desk to dinner, with a slight edge. Not only do I feel sexy and confident, but I can wear this outfit to work with a blazer any day.  I paired my outfit with FR "Serena" sunglasses, a black/gold bangle stack, my favorite MK booties and a bold purple lippy by revlon.

One of the most important lessons I am learning and trying to implement:

Clear Vision

Glasses: Max Cole | Dress: Forever 21 | Boots: Kenneth Cole | Jewelry: Freida Rothman
Chunky Knit Scarf from the Blazers & Bellinis Closet Vault

I have always loved fun glasses and cool frames. This was a pretty hard decision, as my eye doctor told me I need to start wearing glasses A LOT more then contacts to give my eyes a break. I probably spent over an hour trying on frames in the optical store, (haha) and finally I decided on these Max Cole clear front and textured stem glasses. I love them because you can wear anything and they will look great! I also love them because they are different, I hate going with anything ordinary.

This flirty fun black faux leather skater dress is from Forever 21 (and already sold out online),  if you love it then I suggest getting on the wait list! I topped off my look with my fav printed pony hair booties by Kenneth Cole, a chunky knit scarf and bold jewels by Freida Rothman.

What do you think of my new glasses?

DRESS: ASOS | FUR: Adrienne Landau | BAG: Aldo from ASOS | JEWELS: Freida Rothman

This look is all about elegance and class, with a slight sexy edge. Last night I attended a wedding at the Wilshire Grand in NJ for a hometown friend I grew up with. It was a winter evening wedding, a long dress and fur only seemed right (and appropriate, despite what other people may think). My number #1 rule when it comes to dressing is if you feel comfortable and sexy, it will show. This dress is simply FABULOUS and how could I resist a navy + black cut-out combo? Navy IS the color of this season DUH! I am sick of wearing all black,  (boring) so I switched it up.  Did I mentioned this ASOS CURVE exclusive maxi dress with pleat front and cut out is currently on mega sale? I highly suggest adding this to your wardrobe before it sells out, also this garment can run a bit big so keep that in mind.
I have been lusting for a new fur all winter, so I finally treated myself to this stunning Adrienne Landau cropped rabbit in white/brown. It is so soft and I am obsessed, the ONLY thing to keep in mind is that white fur sheds, especially on dark colors. (I carried a mini lint roller with me lol).  If you are against fur, or think it's "too much" then don't look.  #hatersgonnahate

I accessorized my fierce evening style with jewelry by Freida Rothman, exclusively from the Spring 2015 collection which will be available in stores around March. These flat cut mother of pearl and pave earrings were to die for. Lastly, how freaking cute is my champagne cross body bag?! I was so excited to wear it, I always like to bring a little bit of humor to fashion. Who says it always has to be so serious?  It actually fits a lot more then it looks! If you have a few events coming up, or possibly a wedding I think it's the perfect evening bag with some sass.

What do you think of my look?
