I hope everyone is having a fabulous week, TALK ABOUT BUSY! haha
Well, it's no secret I spent last weekend at the FAB Gilded Hotel in Newport, RI for a blogger retreat with some major babes. I don't want to give away all the details just yet, but let's just say the weekend was simply amazing and the Gilded Hotel is a must-stay spot! The interiors are bright and breath-taking, the staff and management is a pleasure to be around, and the area is so darling I really didn't wanna leave.

Now let's get down to business... MIXING PRINTS & PATTERNS. I posted this outfit recently on my insta and you all really seemed to love the look (thank you for the support, it means the world to me). As you see throughout my posts, my overall personal style is changing and adapting to my environment, yet I still keep an "edge" and stay true to myself. This look is actually one piece, it is a dress that combined a black and white striped pattern on top with a wild bright floral print skirt. You wouldn't necessarily think to mix these elements, but as you can see, it really works. I am a BIG FAN of mixing prints and patterns, it doesn't always have to be so "matchy matchy". Sometimes its fun stepping out of your comfort zone and trying a new look.

BLING BLING, this Kara Ross necklace is just breathtaking, not to mention a one-of-a-kind piece. I am layered up in rings and a fun chunky gold cuff from Kara's "Heritage" Collection. This particular bag is called the "Boxer" style from the brand's iconic PURSEonality collection. These bags are extremely fun to wear and help add some humor and sass to any look.
